Good but would like to be smaller.

Had bariatric surgery so need a very full vitamin. Have to split in half to absorb properly so it is very difficult to swallow, especially if it goes sideways. But keep all my levels where they need to be.

I have been using this vitamin since 2000.
Any others I feel sluggish and get vit b12 deficiency cracks I'm the corners of my mouth....thank you for making a great product!
