I use turmeric for a number of things. Once your body adjusts and uses it (3+months) it works wonderful. I no longer have sore achy feet, and my hot flashes and night sweats don’t happen anymore. I have been using turmeric for over 4 years now.

Game changer for anyone with inflammation problems. As former high level competitive athlete, with joints and back problems, this has worked better than any other product I have used. My back hasn’t felt this good in over a decade. Takes about 3-4 months to take affect. I occasionally used prescribed arthritic medication but for the past 3 years nothing.

For those with joint or hip pain

I STRONGLY recommend taking this turmeric for joint or hip pain, especially if you have just recently started having pain in these areas. I started having hip pain and a dear friend recommended taking turmeric. Within 2 weeks the pain had disappeared, NEVER to return (of course, I keep taking my turmeric on a daily basis)!!!

I am rating it as great. I have osteoarthritis and have found it helps to the reduce the pain. I have been taking it for several years - a couple times during those several years I questioned if it was really working and stopped taking it. Once out of my system I discovered it was definitely helping reduce the pain and went back on it. It doesn't take the pain away completely but does make enough of a difference that I can do most of what I used to do and want to do. So yes, it is great. I am 72 years old and the osteoarthritis has gotten worse over the past 10 years or so. So anything that helps, even a little bit is welcomed.
