Since I learned about your time released Vitamin C, and started taking it, I have been cold and flu free. And that was many years ago. Others I have told of their efficacy are now also taking this product with similar results. Jamieson is now my source for all vitamins I take daily.

I like the size of the tablet which makes it easier to swallow. Furthermore, it has helped my immune system greatly. I tend to have less colds. I take them because they contribute to my overall health altogether.

I like the timed release feature but I prefer the capsules which are easier to swallow than caplets .
