Ils y a déja quelques années que j'utilise les produits Jamieson donc le Caicium et vitamine D 3 qui ma été recommander par un pharmacien . J'aime beaucoup ces produits.

Jamieson are the only vitamins I would take and have been for over 25 years.
This strength of plain Calcium allows one to take the recommended second dose of the day without additional D3.
Jamieson are the best!

I prefer it to the calcium- magnesium products because I understand that calcium and magnesium compete for absorption in the gut. If I am taking a product, I would like to have the benefit of all of the product.

The label says mini tan caplets and the Instructions say, take 2 mini tab caplets ... these are not mini, these are literally the size of the first bend at the end of my pinky finger. Won't buy again.will buy a brand that advertises what it actually is
