Great iron supplement! Vegetarian, has B12 and vitamin C. Worked fast and effect. The pill isn’t big and it so much better then the chews!

I should probably say the suprising thing it comes with is added B12 , C & Folate. Also i can only assume its gentle, like the bottle says, but personally I've never had upset stomach with taking normal iron tablets, these were just the only ones available with a high enough dose & I find them fine. Also i guess these work pretty good, almost intantly i feel the energy it gives me. I am an ex vegan & still suffer from low energy & focus years later. I havent been tested for Aniema but just based on how much better taking Iron makes me feel, I've always assumed i was. Oh, also i was \ am Pale as a sheet.

All three of these products have really been helpful to us. The Prenatals have been my wife's favourite to have in the morning, whereas I enjoy the B Complex and Iron because I donate blood.
