Suffered from leg cramps all my life, especially in swimming pools. Taking magnesium supplements eliminates the “charlie horses”. These pills are easy to swallow, and don’t upset the stomach.

Love this product! It is the right type of magnesium that is gentle on the stomach and doesn’t cause any cramping or bowel issues.
