For heart health and general health. My wife also takes daily for general health.
Never noticed any taste at all and It takes me a while to swallow any pill.

I am not able to swallow medication so I was a bit anxious about this supplement. When I need to take my medecine I melt them in water and I drink it rapidly. I was ready to drink fish taste cause I really need Omega 3 but when I drink it tasted like lemon ! Very satisfied !!! Thank you Jamieson !

NO TASTE OR SMELL, THOUGHT SMALLER CAPSULES WOULD BE EASIER TO SWALLOW BUT NEED TO TAKE THREE SO NOT AN IMPROVEMENT OVER ONE SLIGHTLY LARGER VERSION.
