Lessen stress and anxiety

Believe it or not, since I started taking this supplement along with vitamin C and B12, my brain fog has noticeably reduced. I feel more energized and alert, and I’ve been feeling generally better lately with a significant decrease in my anxiety. As someone who has tried many supplements to manage anxiety and depression, it's surprising to find relief from something not specifically designed to alleviate stress.

I have been taking Omega-3 for about two weeks. There is definitely no fishy taste. I have been plagued by a bad back for the past five years and have not, to date, noticed any improvement but will keep trying.
