Just received my new buds, WOW!! First pair of serious sounding buds that actually fit my ears and do not fall out while running!! I always love all my JBL products and these prove my point! Great bass, sound exactly what I hoped!!

Left earphone wakes up a lot in charger box.

They sound great, fit great, I actually prefer to turn the ANC and ambient settings off and just adjust the equaliser settings when running. What's annoying and why they only get 2 stars is because the left channel when In the charger box doesn't remain off it comes on periodically throughout the day connecting to my phone and subsequently discharging the case and slowly lowering the battery life expectancy of the entire unit with being discharged and charged whilst periodically turning the left channel on and off. Been like this from new I've tried to clean the connections makes no difference.

These ear buds are good for listening to music. That's it . I'm very physical at my job and when I'm on a call the other person on the line .they can only hear everything else other than me . I can not recommend them at all . Bad deal for the price.

Our JBL Endurance Peak 4 have features and one of the those are the Adaptive Noise Cancelling and Ambient Aware. It is possible that the Ambient aware is activated while on call. During your call, you may activate the Adaptive Noise cancelling feature by pressing once on the left earbud or use our JBL Headphones app for more options. Also, make sure that your device microphone output is set to the earbuds. Additionally, ensure the earbuds are updated to the latest firmware version via the JBL Headphones App. If the issue still persist, please contact our customer support directly so we can assist you further. https://support.jbl.com/

Really Great Value Pair of Active Ear Buds

Absolutely cracking pair of active ear-buds. I've been looking for a pair that I can use for trail-running/gym for a while now. The ear-loop has been perfect at keeping these in place whilst running. They're also super comfortable that I can use them for day-to-day as well, on-meetings for work etc..
Sounds quality is great! I've paired them upto my tablet/mobile for watching movies and the app lets you adjust the treble/base/equalizer. Fantastic sound.
I think, if there was just one minor nit-pick! And this is tiny. Without ANC (Active Noise Cancellation) on you can hear normally, which is great, only when you're running, it tends to amplify the sound of your feet hitting the ground. (I don't run with music, the headphones are purely for taking calls mid-run). If you're playing music it's undetectable. But honestly, mid-way through the run my brain adapted and blanked it out.
Yup! So far. Absolutely cracking pair of ear-buds. Highly recommend!!

There are very frequent Bluetooth connectivity issues, especially when using more than one device. On top of that, the sound is super weak. If you have anger management issues or bad nerves, buy at your own risk.
Sound isolation breaks down as soon as you start moving, no matter which ear tip size you use. Because of this, they are absolutely not suitable for workouts.
No complaints regarding battery life and water resistance — everything is fine on that front.

WELL WHERE DO I START I GUESS LET ME GIVE THE POSSITIVE. FIT IS GOOD, MUSIC SOUND IS GOOD.....YEP THATS WHERE IT ENDS. IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO USE THEM OUTDOORS YOU MIGHT ASWELL JUST HAVE THE PERSON ON THE OTHER END OF THE LINE COME MEET YOU WHERE YOUR AT BECAUSE DURING A PHONE CALL ALL THE OTHER PERSON ON THE OTHER END HEARS IS EVERYTHING AROUND YOU. NOT HAPPY AT ALL FROM A BRAND COMPANY.
