Sounds good, perform terribly

Ive had these ear buds for about 2 months now and I am very disappointed in them. They are supposed to be waterproof, but after a couple of very brief immersions in less than a foot of water they now routinely disconnect from my phone. It happens about 2 times an hour. They also do not charge unless pressed into the case. The noise canceling makes zero difference vs just having them in my ears turned off, and the ambient aware magnifies background noise but not voices or actually relevant noise like beeps or footsteps. The reason I gave them 2 stars is the sound quality is really good. The rest of the functionality is horrible.

Charging issues for earbuds are frequently caused by foreign matter on the metal charging contacts. This can include sweat, grease, ear wax, etc. These issues can be resolved by cleaning the metal contact points on the earbuds and case. For its sound, the most important step is achieving a secure, airtight seal by angling the earbud downward and gently twisting it into place. We recommend experimenting with all the provided ear tip sizes to find your perfect fit, as a proper seal instantly improves bass and clarity. If you’ve found that perfect fit but still notice a volume difference when in noise cancellation/ambient aware mode. The issue is typically caused by minor debris on the ear tip screen, a balance setting that needs to be centered in your app's accessibility menu, or a temporary glitch with your source device. Taking a moment to clean the tips or test them with another device usually resolves this quickly and gets your audio back to a balanced, high-quality level. These did fit very well and great for running , didn't fall out..but after the second use my left earbud stopped working and want charging nor connecting to Bluetooth. Slightly frustrating, done all the factory reset followed the instructions.. it was just not having it !!

Earpieces is too small

I purchased these endurance rush 2 rear buds last month and although the sound is great; the earbuds won't stay in my ears. I have swapped through all the earpieces, changed the earlobe piece but I'm not about to run with them In my ears.

In order for our JBL Endurance Race 2 to fit in your ears, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. Angle the eartip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal. Gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear. Continue adjusting the earbud into your ear canal to achieve the best seal and secure fit. It is also best to try this with all of the provided eartip sizes, until you find the one that accomplishes this most easily.
