Garbage

I bought this item a month ago and I have to say these are hands down the most garbage earbuds I have ever owned. I didn't think it was possible to make earbuds that sound this bad. My earbuds from 2009 sounds about 5x better than these things. They are just tingy sounding junk. Do not pay money for these.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. There are four common factors that causes these issues: accumulated debris on the ear tip screens, imbalanced audio settings on your device, a glitch with the source itself, or a compromised cable.
Most often, a quick cleaning of the ear tips can be done to restore full volume. If that doesn't work, centering the balance controls in accessibility settings or testing the headphones on a different device can help pinpoint the cause. Finally, if you notice sound cutting in and out when flexing the cable, it may indicate a hardware issue that requires a replacement part or service. Great quality, low price

Needed new wired ear buds. Had a pair of another expensive brand that died on me. Thought I would not spend a fortune again. Have known the JBL name for decades and gave them a shot. Very, very pleased with the sound quality. The same as the other brand at mush less cost.

Please stop phasing out the wired headphones. Please make them more accessible in stores. These prevent my brain from being microwaved by 2.4ghz or Bluetooth straight to the brain.
Im cool with bluetooth over time as we see how safe it is to use, for now im okay with protecting my skull.

I love these earbuds, they are the perfect fit and are overall my favorite. The only problem is that after a couple months of use, one side of the earbuds (usually the left side) will randomly stop working and I'll have to rely on the side that didn't stop. There's no apparent reason for this to happen (nothing looks broken or decayed), and often times the other side will also stop around a month or so later. I have gone through three now and the same thing has happened with each of them.
