These headphones make me litter

Good sound, battery lasts the full 10 hours. However the “twist lock” is bull. The ear cushions fall off ALL the time! Catch them accidentally on your shirt. The fall off. Catch them on your hair? Boom gone. Very disappointed, been through all the spare cushions in the pack, and had to buy more. Not only of the tips, but the actual cushion too. Can’t always find the tips when they fall off, so now I’ve got a guilty conscience about littering! Pretty sad

Do not recommend

These are the worst headphones I have ever had.
The weird shape doesn’t not sit properly in my ears.
I do have small ear canals yet I have never been so disappointed in I’ll as I am with these. They are useless for me as they constantly fall out of my ears and never seal enough to give me even half decent sound.

I purchased my first pair a little more than 1 year ago. My fifth replacement pair has just stopped working.
Don’t get me wrong, the replacement process is easy but at 1-1.5 hr each time, that’s at least 5 hours lost time for nothing. There not worth the hassle

Poor customer service

No idea, I purchased these Ear Headphones on Jan 3 and I have not received them nor have I have a credit. They were delivered to the incorrect address, pictures taken to prove this fact and several calls with customer service have proved fruitless. I was told I would be receiving a credit and would be notified of such, but its Jan 24th and nothing.

get rid of the low battery warning

I've owned 4 of these over the years, so I clearly like them a lot. But the low battery warning! It goes off on maybe a 2-3 minute cycle below 30% battery. It plays at full volume, which is deafening, and if you're in a deep focus state will absolutely kill that for another half hour or more. Overall, it's like they've electively killed 30% of the total battery capacity for no clear reason. Just let the things go flat!

the only painless ones I've had

i buy them every time i step on them or put them in the wash for the 30th time because they are the only ones that don't hurt my weird ears and suit my EXCESSIVE listening habits to podcasts and music (my podcast app said i listen over 13 hours a day a while back so i'm cutting it back to just at work LOL)

Not good

I've used a few wireless earbuds now and these have to be amongst the worst. Heavy, awkward and constantly slipping from my ears while I run. The over the ear method never sits well either. Additionally, it's claimed to have up to 10hrs play time, however from my experience it's about 4 to 5 hrs, with the last two hours constantly beeping alerts about the low battery. Sound quality is about the only redeemable feature

good concept destroyed by annoying battery alarm

Generally good product but the low battery alarm essentially means the last 20% is wasted unless you're willing to be blasted repeatedly by a low battery warning. Like seriously it's louder than what I'm listening to and mutes it so you miss it. Whatever happened to a flashing red light......
