White light nightmare !

After almost two years of uninterrupted music connection suddenly I am faced with this double white led lights that made me realize how much I was relying on my head phones. All the remedies on line hold this button and hold the other button and all kinds of idiotic combinations have led me to despise your product. The white light problem did not get fixed with all the combinations available on line. I will never buy JBL again and of course I will let all my friends learn how much a negative advertisement may improve your manufacturing.

3 years+ and still the BEST headphones ever

I’ve had these headphones for probably 3 or so years now. They are the BEST headphones I’ve ever bought. The sound quality is unbeatable, and I love being able to switch between noise canceling and not. 3 years later and their battery life is still incredible and I use them daily.

Great functionality and lifespan

I've had these headphones for 6 years now, and they still work (almost) perfectly. As expected, the plastic film is slowly chipping up, but other than that it still works perfectly. I didn't expect it to last this long. The battery is good, sound as well, I would recommend it to those who are looking for a simple, cheap but good and functional set of headphones.

headphones were great untill one of the speaker wires snapped off
tried to fix it but they've made a product that is very difficult to repair so now i have to buy new ones and put the broken pair in e waste. companies
next pair of headphones won't be from jbl though, i'll find a company that has more durable products

No noise cancelling

I've had these for over a year. I use them almost daily and they are incredibly comfortable and have held up very well. However, I primarily bought them with the goal to have noise cancelling headphones. Even with noice cancelling on, and supposedly adjusting to the sounds around me, I can hear every word of someone's conversation across the room. Buy these if you want to always be aware of your surroundings, not if you want noise cancelling.
