Brilliant Earbuds All Round

Superb earbuds. Great sound quality. Very useful noise cancelling, and I love the spatial sound options for listening that can make you feel that you are in front of an orchestra or band. This is my 3rd ear phones with JBL. I have the Sound Gear Sense and the Sense Pro, all of them have their place with me.

Great audio, Buggy software

I love the earbuds sound quality, with capability for great bass, and excellent pre-tuned modes. unfortunately the software is pretty buggy with it commonly mistaking audio for calls, which throttles down the sound quality, and cannot “end the “call”until the “call” stops and cannot be fixed by resetting the device. It also has a weird problem with randomly factory resetting itself (deleting any wallpapers on the device). Overall a well built device woth major software bugs.

Button customization.

The Tour Pro 3 buds are fantastic. Heaps of features great battery life and super comfortable. I only have one suggestion. Take a leaf out of Jabra’s user interface. Jabra have the amazing ability to customize the buttons in so many more ways… for example, I’d much prefer to hold the button for volume control rather than tapping for each incremental increase or decrease. I find this would make these buds infinitely more user friendly. That being said I still think these buds are great.

JBL Tour Pro 3 — Not Worth the Price
At nearly the same price point as AirPods Pro, the JBL Tour Pro 3 fails to deliver comparable quality or reliability. After only five months of heavy daily use, my left earbud stopped charging entirely — making these a significant disappointment for anyone depending on earbuds throughout their day.
Pros:
* The screen on the case makes it easy to adjust settings without downloading an app, which is especially convenient for iPhone users
* Good battery life for both the earbuds and the case
Cons:
* The earbud shape is top-heavy and frequently fell out of my ear. I tried several different tip sizes but nothing improved the fit
* The case screen is too bright and cannot be turned off. I use earbuds to fall asleep, and the bright light is disruptive when putting the earbuds away at night
* My left earbud started showing signs of not connecting to the case for charging after 3 months of heavy use. By 5 months, it stopped charging altogether. I tried a variety of fixes with no success
* The software is unreliable — the earbuds disconnected from my phone regularly, requiring me to turn Bluetooth off and back on to reconnect, which was frustrating when I couldn't locate my phone
* The touch controls are overly sensitive and prone to accidental inputs. This was very frustrating.
* There is very little aftermarket accessory support. Finding a protective case or other accessories was difficult, which is a real downside for anyone prone to dropping things.
* Even with noise canceling off, the earbuds struggle to pass through voices in conversation. I had to fully remove them in order to hear people talking

A great addition to an audio gear collection

I've collected audio equipment for > 55 years, with many different headphones. These Tour Pro 3 earbuds work extraordinarily well with everything from a Windows 11 Laptop, A Galaxy Phone to an extensive Analog System featuring a Macintosh Pre-amplifier and 400 watt per channel Adcom amplifier, turntable, Nakamichi Dragon cassette deck and Rotel CD Player. They are accurate, highly tune-able, and simple to set up with a great interface on the case. The sound quality is equal to or even better than very high end over the ear headphones owned through the years. Highly reccomended

overpriced piece of trash

if I could give these zero stars I would.. what a piece of junk.. after about 6 months they refuse to pair to anything, they don't want to charge, if they get the slightest bit of sweat or rain on them or any kind of water, the noise canceling quits working and it starts screaming in your ear, half the time when you go to charge the The headphones in the case, they don't detect it even though they're charging, and the noise canceling microphone start feeding back so that it's squeals.. aracast doesn't work, the noise canceling only works half the time, one of the earbuds audio aware function stopped working so you only hear out of the right ear, it's basically impossible to clean any of the microphone or speaker grills so they clog up.. I got so fed up with mine after a year I just said the heck with it and crushed them with a pair of pliers.. The case is a worthless piece of junk.. they have all these unnecessary features crammed into this device, and you're supposed to be able to access them on a 1-in screen that is hard to read and almost never works right.. your products are getting worse and worse everyday JBL.
what is going on? I'm angry because you guys are capable of so much better than this glorified e-waste.

Good Sound quality and sound options my critism is they can fall out of my ears dispite several ear.plug options . The Charging case has some nice features with a display screen.

I bought these headphones about a year ago or so and I couldn't be happier with them. The controls are amazing, hands free option is a life saver, and the battery life is top tier. I need to use these for work at times and they never let me down. They're amazing for personal use as well.
