These are great earbuds but overtime the sound quality worsens. I've had mine for roughly two years and one of the earbuds barely works anymore while the other sounds exactly the same as it did when I originally bought them. Overall I recommend these however beware of where you put them as they are quite easy to lose.

Terrible ear buds

Worst earbuds ive had the displeasure of owning. They fit terribly and need to be adjusted all the time, if you turn your head the wrong way or bend down they make wierd static soud.
Do your self a favor and get some bose ear buds

No One Responds to Your Requests

I purchased this earbuds. I tried to get a replacement, but no one is not responding to my emails or my requests. I love these earbuds. My left side all of a sudden stopped working.

Good ear buds for the price. They connect to phone well and keep a charge for quite long. The sound is decent. I prefer a little more bass and would like volume control on the buds..

Noise Cancellation is poor

The sound quality is good, and the product is durable even with rough use. But zero noice cancellation, while speaking in the phone the other person can hear your background voices very loudly - that’s the biggest con of this earbuds.

Overall the headphones are working but there's 0 bass and the JBL headphones app doesn't have TUNE 215 TWS in it so you can't configure them

Our Tune 215 TWS doesn't come with a customizable EQ, as it's not supported by the JBL Headphones App. To improve the bass quality, try downloading third-party applications such as an equalizer from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
