Personaly, I think they are incredible. Im 13 years old in boarding school and I got mine as a birthday present when I was 11 years old, they dont work anymore obviously because of me being myself I drop things alot but dont let that stop you from getting them. Im 100% getting new ones this year along with some over-ear noise canceling ones...I love them

I got this for Christmas and only used a few times and now they don't work , they wont charge either., glad I didn't waste my money on them.

We're sorry to hear about that. Please try the following steps. Initiate a power cycle by pressing and holding the power button for 30 seconds while it is unplugged from a power source. Use a different charging cable/power adapter. Also, while it's uncommon, try a different wall outlet to be certain the issue is not with the outlet. They are an excellent pair for the price I got them at. They lasted two years, when Ive never before these had a pair last longer than 3 months, theyre INCREDIBLY durable (Im clumsy and drop them often, from increasingly taller heights, and onto hard surfaces), and theyre VERY long lasting. One minute of charge gains me 30 minutes to an hour worth of listening. Definitely a product I'd buy again and again.
