With respect having worked with JBL PA systems, and knowing how incredible they are, I expected something far more incredible than what I received with these headphones. I have JBL speakers and they are phenomenal, also an Adlib audio system loaded with JBL drivers. I listened once through the headphones and was extremely underwhelmed at the lack of quality and volume that JBL is known for doing so well. In all honesty the purchase has left me saddened.

Sounds awful; dials random contacts in phone

Worst headphones I’ve ever owned; even compared with ones from the dollar store. Sound is awful even with customizable EQ and now they suddenly start calling random contacts in my phone. It’s too bad. Vintage JBL made amazing quality hi-fidelity audiophile worthy thing. Now it’s just same cheap useless products as the competition. :(
