    Poor Charging and Connection

    When they work they are good, but from a couple of months after buying they have been littered with charging and connection issues. One earbud does not charge when in the charging case and constantly connects to my phone whilst in the case. Have tried the suggested fixes and cleaned with alcohol multiple times but still happens. Do not buy unless they are highly discounted.

    When fully charged they seem to work, unfortunately I have had a few problems getting this item to fully charge. When fully charged they seem to be okay, however now and then they blue tooth response isn't great.

    Worst earphones I have owned

    Worst bluetooth earphones I have ever owned. They connect to my phone even when they are in the case and so the only way to listen through my phone speaker is to turn bluetooth off. I therefore have to turn bluetooth on an off when I want to use the earphones which means my watch can't always be connected to my phone. Sometimes the right or left earphone won't charge in the case resulting in one earphone having no battery and so can only use the other earphone. My partners JBL Vibe Beam 2 earphones also don't stay connected to bluetooth when she is on a call and therefore can't use her earphones for calls. Will never buy JBL again.

    These headphone have caused nothing but stress. When you are in a rush the last thing you need it to be trying to get the to turn on. The charger is constantly faulting. One will charge on non at all. Sounds great when they work but not worth the money you pay for them.

    I bought a pair of these 2 years ago and have had nothing but problems with them, it’s aggravating because the sound quality is great no complaints on that but the charging of the actual earbuds themselves are trash, it’s either one is charging or the other never both and even then one of them is only going to charge to 5%. I’m not really sure why this happens I’ve taken great care of these and keep them clean but dang they aggravate me!

    We're here to help with your JBL Tune Beam TWS. We recommend cleaning the contact pins on the case and earbuds using a cotton swab with alcohol. Charging issues are frequently caused by foreign matter on the metal charging contacts. This can include sweat, grease, ear wax, etc. Please ensure the pins are dried before placing them back on the case. If you need more help, we'd like to work with you directly.     Worthless garbage, don't buy!

    Worthless garbage. The noise cancelling function does not cancel noise (I have to double check each time if this setting is on). The earphones keep disconnecting with my devices. The charging port gets dirty and does not charge the earphones sometimes, which is really annoying. What is also annoying is that there is no button for searching bluetooth devices.

    So poor sound quality

    Too much poor sound quality I was bought a JBL earbuds and I was checked every review before I bought that, every reviews said that this is one of the best earbuds of JBL. And I had a good impression about JBL because I have a JBL speaker. But but but........ What the wrong with me this JBL earbuds sounds quality is too much poor. I never heard like that bad sound quality of any earbuds... I go the Eros shop Thay said u can listen sounds. I u can't listen the sounds maybe we could do something but for that case we can't do anything.... Now I want to know what the wrong with my JBL earbuds wave 200?
