    Good Headphone

    I bought these headphones 21 months ago for workout purposes (mainly weight training). I'veuse them on avg 1-2 hrs a day 4 times a week over that time span. Speaker quality had been great, and I have had no issues with people understanding me when taking calls on the headphones. Over all they have been very durable, easy to clean, and awesome for weight lifting. My only negative take away from these headphones is that the headband material comes apart. The material that sits directly on your head seems cheaply fasten to the top of the head phone. The material started coming out a little here or there after about a year of use. You have to use your finger nail to force the material back in place. This problem has gradually grown over time and now the entire length of the headband will come undone and I have to try to push it back in every other use basically, which is extremely annoying. I would recommend buying some type of aftermarket protective cover for the headband to hopefully avoid this.

    Loved these, until they broke

    I had nothing but good things to say about these headphones, until the plastic exterior shell cracked. Probably a design challenge to find the "sweet spot" between uncomfortable/never fall off your head and comfortable/loose. I hope JBL engineers look at the fatigue behavior of the material after hundreds or thousands of times taking the headphones off and on.

    Snug as a bug & pretty good sound

    I've had these about a week now. They are snug, but not too tight on the ears. Hands free is fabulous and phone calls are crystal clear. The charge lasts for a while, before needing to be plugged in. They aren't too heavy/bulky for me. If I was to make a complaint it would be the following: When using outdoors and it is even slightly breezy all you can hear is the wind. It's actually kind of weird. When the volume of music/call is turned a little louder you can still sort of hear the wind. I don't listen to super loud music, so I hear the wind the whole time... I CAN still hear the music/call so it isn't much of a complaint, just a little annoying.

    Headphones did not even last 18 months

    These headphones are great when they are working but buyer beware - I haven’t even had these for 18 months and the audio on the left side of the headphones have stopped working. Very disappointed after contacting directly on to be told that if the troubleshooting info they send me doesn’t work then there is nothing they can do for me :( expected a longer lasting product for the price tag attached.

    I brought this about two weeks money well spent I would recommend buying these head phones I like the ambient mode and the really have a nice balance of bass its not to much

    Uncomfortable after extended wear

    Great headphones unless you plan to wear them for extended periods. They're built to stay tight to your ears when training; however, this feature also causes extreme discomfort if worn for longer duration. I couldn't wear them so I gave them to my bf--he had same issue.

    Dear TraceyL, Thank you for your review. These headphones were specifically designed for sports. They are deliberately made a bit tighter than regular headphones which prevents them from sliding off of the user's during the toughest of workouts. Best,

    I bought this a few weeks ago. I do lots of gym training and indoor cycling. This is the best headphone for training. Doesn't move on my head if I lay down to a bench or do some jumping. The sound quality is very good.
