Superb Earbuds!

I bought these because I really like the shape of Airpods but they never have fit in my ear very well and more often than not, fall out. But these JBL earbuds are awesome, they have the same type of shape that Airpods do but fit WAY more snug. The sound quality is great, I don’t have to raise the volume too high to enjoy music. The battery life is also great as well as the convenience of the portable charging case. The noise canceling is actually impressive as well. I was vacuuming my car with them on with the noise canceling and could hardly hear the vacuum at all. The price for these in comparison to most others are also great. All in all I would say that this was a great purchase and would recommend to anyone who has the same issue of earbuds not fitting well in their ears.

Simply Annoying

Poor sound. The cheapest set of conventional headphones sounds 100% better. Literally no bass. Poor design.Will not stay in my ears no matter what. Poor concept. When I do try to adjust the position of these phones while listening to music, the riduculous "tap" controls stop and start the music six times and automatically make my phone call six different people. No help for this through the app. They would be 100% more useful if they functioned as headphones only and were on ALL the time at FULL volume without freaking out at the slightest touch. Also, they should be clearly marked left and right, on the headphones themselves.

We appreciate your feedback. Weak bass and poor fit typically mean the earbuds are not sealing properly in your ears. We suggest trying the different ear tip sizes provided and giving the earbuds a slight twist upon insertion for a more secure fit.
To avoid accidental touch triggers while making adjustments, touch controls can be customized or disabled via the JBL Headphones App. For easy identification, the L and R indicators are located on the inner side of each earbud.

I work 10 hour days as a factory / shop welder. These thing are the greatest ear buds I’ve ever had. Cancels out noise like no other. Other ear buds get all static and sound quality goes when using a grinder. Not the vine beam 2s crystal clear sound while still canceling surrounding noise. Also mow some yards on the side. I actually lost my ear buds case when mowing a yard. 3 months later I found em in the yard. I still had the ear buds hoping I’d fu d the case. Mind you I live in Kansas where it was 100 plus degrees and had a lot of rain this year. Took the case home. Little air duster and these this work like they’re brand new

I bought these the other day after my Apple AirPods Significantly decrease quality and volume After listening to these every day for the first week I am So impressed The noise canceling The quality of the sound And a high volume Everything and more Oh I can't forget very comfortable I will never never never Bye An expensive hair again even if these last me a year I'll buy them every year at this price great product

Good, but a little annoying

Let me start off by saying that these are a pretty good set of ear-buds. Very comfortable, they have noise canceling, good sound, and good battery life. The case is a good size, and sits nicely in a pocket. These are a great value.
The cons imo:
There is a low level hiss when there is no sound playing.
The "buttons" to play/pause, etc are a bit small, I find myself tapping 2 or 3 times to get the right spot.
The biggest con to me is the design, both of the buds and the case. The case is rounded, it does fit well in a pocket, but it always feel like it is balancing when on hard surfaces.
The ear pieces are round and smooth, with only the top hemisphere accessible when they are docked, coupled with the lid that only opens to 90 degrees, makes the headphone difficult to grasp and remove from the case, definitely a 2 hand operation, and I drop them frequently (I have a set of Vibe100tws that I can pull one handed from inside my pocket, which is perfect).
The stems of the buds are square, which leads to misalignment when trying to put them into the case; and the stems being square means that you can't just rotate them, you have to remove them complete from the case and try again.
There is very little taper (draft) to the stems, which makes placing and removing a bit more difficult (they have to come straight in/out).
Also, the ear buds face away from center, which means every time they are removed or docked, they need to be rotated, which can be tricky when holding the smooth round top.
Over all good ear-buds for the money, just a little annoying to use.
