Thank you for bringing this to our attention. To get the best possible sound from our JBL Vibe Flex 2, the most important step is achieving a secure, airtight seal by angling the earbud downward and gently twisting it into place. We recommend experimenting with all the provided ear tip sizes to find your perfect fit, as a proper seal instantly improves bass and clarity. If you’ve found that perfect fit but still notice a volume difference, the issue is typically caused by minor debris on the ear tip screen, a balance setting that needs to be centered in your app's accessibility menu, or a temporary glitch with your source device. Taking a moment to clean the tips or test them with another device usually resolves this quickly and gets your audio back to a balanced, high-quality level. If the steps didn't work, please contact our customer support for further assistance.

Needed some ear buds for phone calls and listening to music while I'm at the gym. The sound is clear and not too loud. The charge seems to last a long time and overall I just like the product. Light weight and easy to use . Thank you JBL

Thank you for your feedback. For our JBL Vibe Flex 2 to give you the best audio response, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. To do this, angle the eartip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal. Gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear. Then, continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal to achieve the best seal and secure fit. If the volume still seems to be low, we recommend checking the balance control on your source device in the Accessibility settings. And on the music app that you use, commonly found in the playback or EQ settings. You may also check the balance control on the JBL Headphones App. If you need more help, please contact our customer support.

Good tap controls, excellent battery life

I bought this about a month ago to replace my existing wireless ear buds that had a broken microphone. These ear buds appealed to me for their shape, tap controls, and color. I mainly use them for phone calls and listening to music and podcasts. The tap controls for volume, pausing and playing, and the microphone were a must-have for me. I find that it struggles to register my taps sometimes, but they may have more to do with me not being accustomed to them yet. They stay in my ears well, but are a bit uncomfortable after wearing them for an extended period of time. Overall, I'm pretty happy with them and haven't had to recharge the case yet.

Definitely not noise blocking and not very loud. Pretty disappointing especially for the price of these.

We appreciate your feedback. We understand that our JBL Vibe Flex 2 did not meet your expectations. While it has a maximum sound pressure level of 95 dB and features Smart Ambient technology, it does not include noise-canceling capabilities. We will forward your comments to our product development team for consideration in future improvements.

    Good but sometimes messes up

I've had these for a really long time now and the only thing wrong with them is at one point turning the volume down turned up the volume but it went away after a week but work fine now.

I bought these last week and found these to be terrific. First, the fit is not what it advertised as perfect fit. The earphones are so loose without any rubber ear tips. I'm afraid that wind would blow them away once outside. Second, there's hardly any bass at all even with the bass adjusted all the way up. Thirdly, I could hardly hear the difference between ambient sound and talk through. What a disappointment from JBL as I have one of their better over the ear headphones. Stay away from these.

Thanks for your feedback on JBL Vibe Flex 2. If the issue only happens on a certain album. First,  you may want to adjust the EQ to boost the bass a little bit while listening to that album. You can utilize the JBL Headphones app to personalize the bass or the EQ settings to your preference. Additionally, you might want to check with the service or app to improve the sonic quality if it happens when you use a specific streaming service or app. Next, try reducing the low-frequency settings in the EQ to find a happy medium so that a typical recording doesn't lose too much bass, but recordings with extreme bass are less excessive. You may also try connecting the earbuds to a different device (phone/tablet/music player/etc). Last is reset, with both earbuds on, and not charging, tap two times and hold the button on the third tap for more than 5 seconds. You may need to 'forget' the headphones in Bluetooth settings on your phone/tablet in order to pair them again. If you need further assistance, please contact us.
