I bought these today and am instantly impressed. JBL always offers top quality sound for affordable prices. They could charge a lot more for this product and be justified. I will entirely reject earbuds that don’t meet my specifications, and it’s safe to say these surpassed expectations.

I bought the JBL flex in the month of June 2025. It came well packaged. I love it is small and portable . I had to repurchase one for my husband and sister. Connectivity is very easy, sound is perfect with noise cancelation. So happy with my purchase. Exceeded my expectations.

Easy to use, on the go wireless earbuds

Very simple on and off by closing opening the case. I found these to be convenient wireless earbuds with good sound quality. They are reliable and simple to throw in your pocket for everyday use listening to music, podcasts, or phone calls.

Great headphones - sound great and comfortable!

I have used them to listen to music, watch movies on my tablet, take calls and Zoom meetings, and workout. These headphones work great for all of these, seamlessly connect to the device I am using, and comfortably stay in your ear for anything including workouts. The microphone works great for virtual meetings and calls. The battery life seems to last forever and it charges very fast. These headphones are awesome!

Discreet packaging

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the small discreet packaging for this product, the fit is awesome and very comfortable to wear for a long period of time. My only downfall is the sound as the bass is not deep like other JBL headphones I've own.
Overall very happy to have these as a back up pair in the car or work bag for the days I forget my JBL vibes.

Small size case, great sound!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was surprised at the size of the box when it arrived, being smaller than my older one. I couldn't believe the size of the charger/holder compared to my older JBL's. You can see the difference in the pictures and they accomplished this without sacrificing charging times or lengths. The sounds is JBL amazing and I definitely recommend that you download the app for more adjustments like Equalizer. It comes with the charging cable and the manuals. These are now my go to ear buds!
