Thanks for your feedback. Our JBL Vibe Buds do not feature active noise cancelling (ANC). Instead, they rely on passive noise isolation, which means they physically block out some ambient sounds through their in-ear design but don't electronically cancel noise like ANC-equipped models. You may want to check out our JBL Vibe Buds 2 which feature Active Noise Cancellation (ANC).

Stopped being able to use them for calls

My friend got these for my birthday 5 months ago and about a month ago they stopped working for phone calls. They only work for music (low quality) and I have been trying to figure this out for the past month. I reset them, removed them from my phone and reconnected them, downloaded the app and the app can’t seem to find them so I can’t even get help through that… this is beyond frustrating. But I guess you get what you pay for smh

Charging case insufficient protection, ope on top

Cant use at the beach and definitely need to protect against anything getting into charging/_storage case.... cant put them in a pocket or putse.

They have good sound quality and bass. Fast charging and lasts long. It does not have a case, which I found interesting but it has strong magnets and the earbuds will not fall out unless you take them out. It is a bit weird to put in at first but if you read the provided manual it’s really easy and feels good. Love the product!
