K2 Men's Trio 110 Adjustable Inline Skates

These skates are like skating on air compared to the K2 80 mm...previously I would skate 3 hours some 10-20 km...and afterwards I'd come home exhausted...with these 110 mm I'm absolutely not tired or aching after a long skate. My regular skating speed is about one third faster with these 110 mm skates...but it seems as though I put half the effort compared with the 80 mm skates. The fit is snug...there are 3 velcro straps...Word of Warning!!! These skates are so fast I would practice for at least a week in a parking lot or playground before you take them on your regular routes...it takes so little effort to move...I'd practice before I'd skate with pedestrians around.

Solid pair of blades. Hefty weight at first had me confused but then I realized how solid they were constructed. Bomb proof. If I was a long distance marathoner in these maybe the weight will catch up to me but I do around 20-30km on a good day for recreational fun and they proved to be awesome. I went from K2 four wheels to now three wheels. Slight learning curve but definitely love how solid these are compared to my last pair. My last pair was awesome so I haven’t noticed an improvement in speed - it’s about the same.

Looks great, comfortable, fast, smooth, but I am new and need to keep practicing!

Awesome skates, nicely moulded boot, though a little narrow. The boot size was too small for me. I returned not being able to replace with a larger size. I then purchased K2 Boa 84's, almost as nice looking as the Trio 110s. Larger wheel size is great for roadways, sidewalks, etc where one may encounter pebbles, small rocks, and cracks in the riding surface.

Excited to have bought these skates. I put them on and they were the worst ones I have ever used. I was so disappointed. They are super heavy, the wheels are huge so doing cross overs you literally have to hike your leg up so high so that you don't clip the massive wheel off the ground and send you flying. They also have absolutely no support around the ankles that you feel like you are skating in ice skates that aren't laced up. I couldn't imagine doing jumps in these. Would break my ankles. Not recommended.
