Our city is notorious for not cleaning the streets in winter so I choose walking over driving most days. I find most winter boots do not offer much for grip…the same cannot be said for these. These boots provide excellent traction! They are warm, sturdy, and waterproof. They seemed a bit tight in the toe box the first couple of treks but perhaps just needed a bit of a break-in period. So far I am loving these boots! Would definitely recommend

Great boot, sturdy and well made. Decent support. I am normally a 10 and had to size up to an 11 for a correct fit, make sure you try them on.

Nice looking and should keep feet warm during VT winter. Cuff will keep snow from sneaking down into the boot. Runs a little small so returned for next size up.

I bought these boots in spring, taking advantage of a good price, so I haven't actually put them to the winter test (which is why I'm not giving them 5 stars), but in theory, they're good boots. Fit to size, appear to be warm without being overly heavy.
