Problem Solved!

I ordered the Seacamp II sandals for my granddaughter. They are fabulous shoes. BUT, what I love the most was that I ordered a size too small. I contacted Keen and they helped me return them and get another pair. I ordered the new pair, paid for them, and returned the first pair. It was easy and there was no fuss. I didn’t have to pay the return shipping either. The refund for the first pair was in my account very quickly. Everyone was helpful and very pleasant.

I get a pair for my children every year for the summer. It is the perfect sneaker for camp, it is all they wear. We go to the beach a lot as well so that also works well for the beach. I love that they can get wet and muddy and you can wash them afterwards.
