After trying and returning 3 different styles of Keenes I put these on and wore them all day. I've had 6 foot surgeries, fused big toe and some metarsal bones removed so I have a real problem finding shoes that fit and are comfortable. These are both. Love the blue too 💙.

Out of the box perfect fit. I love the way that this shoe feels on and will be my go to for trapsing in the woods. The only thing I would like would be the speed laces...then...total perfection!

I was intrigued with having a light weight hiking shoe, so I bought my first pair of the Womens NXIS speed shoes when I found them on sale. They were perfect for hot weather since they breathe so well and Light? YES! The lightest shoes I’ve worn in memory.
The highlight was this summer, we traveled to the Black Hills of South Dakota and did a lot of hiking. We got into some pretty rocky areas with some steep hills, and some wet areas. The tread on these shoes was Perfect for that. I never once lost traction like so many others and was able to traverse the rocks well.
I would want my heavier hikers if I were walking where there were snakes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted something for the gym and love the fit & quality of their work shoes and all terrain sandals so wanted to give the NXIS Speed a try. Not disappointed. Excellent fit & comfort with the Keen quality I expect.
