Warm and comfortable for extended winter walks

I bought these boots for their -25C rating and winter tread as recommended by Rate My Treads (https://kite-uhn.com/rmt/en). I have used them with and without ice cleats for extended mail delivery by foot in snowy/icy conditions and find them warm and comfortable at -15C so far (November in Canadian north). The toe box is wide and the tread seems to provide good grip on a flat surface in all but pure ice conditions. That last comment comes with the caveat that I only crossed an icy parking lot a couple of times in the boots while not wearing ice cleats. I have not walked in them on an icy slant without ice cleats because it was not worth the risk. I bought Keens for their wide toe box. Some consumers might find these boots too wide. Otherwise, I find them true to size with room to wear thick socks if I want.

Comfortable with Traction for Icy Conditions

Great traction on icy streets caused by packed snow. Comfortable walking 6 kilometres due to arch support and ankles not sliding inside the boot. Did not stay warm below -25 Celsius but I have cold feet. First time buying Keen product and very pleased true to fit sizing.
