Sturdy

I loved my first pair from day one and sought only to replace it after much wear over at least 5 years. This version is sturdier, less sloppy on my narrow feet, but higher and tighter around the ankle, and harder to get on and chafing at my ankle bones, which I hope in time will soften.

Just bought my 3rd pair of Keen’s Whisper Sandals

I love them! Just bought my 3rd pair in over 12 years. The first two pair took me hiking at Joshua tree many times, rafting on the Yampa and McKenzie rivers, countless kayaking and camping trips, etc. The tread is just right for climbing rocks and tricky footing along rivers and keep my feet secure and in place - no slipping - and they last a long time.

Making them comfortable

I'm sorry they haven't been very comfortable. They fit tight and feel pretty stiff. But I'm trying to wear them a little longer every day and get them broke in. My first four pair, always felt great. I never had any trouble. I love the whisper keen sandals. They've always been my favorite. I wear them even in the winter.

A definate must have

Love these sandles. I am on my 4th pair, wear them till the tread is gone. So comfortable to hike in and the toe protector is a must have. It has saved my toes on numerous occasions, both with tree roots and rocks. Sized true to fit with adjustable elastic so you decide how snug they are. I do a lot of hiking and get about 2 years out of a pair. Highly recommend.

I have had several pair of Keen sandals over the years. Most fit fine. I have given away a pair I couldn’t wear. This pair fits great on my left foot. The right food is snug and painful to wear. .
