Excellent product, warranty, and service

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After more than a decade of use, my old Static V started to leak at the welds. It was done. I had gotten so much use out of it during those 10+ years and it performed exceptionally well the entire time, always making the rocky bumpy ground comfortable. It's such a huge step up in terms of comfort compared to a foam mat. Yes, it takes longer to setup and break down but the improvement in comfort and sleep quality more than makes up for that. I will continue recommending the Static V to my friends and family.
I decided to check if the failure would be covered by the warranty and they said yes, in fact it was eligible for a free replacement! I was blown away. Well done Gathr / Klymit!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 3rd Static V pad, and I have thoroughly enjoyed them. This one was actually a free replacement for one that I could not patch (after 5+ years of use). The company really stands behind their incredible products and I will continue to highly recommend them.

Didn't even last one night

I purchased this sleeping pad in 2023 at my local Atmosphere store since I hoped the baffle structure would be more comfortable to sleep on, and it was certainly easier to inflate than my previous sleeping mat. I have no idea whether it would actually be more comfortable than my Thermarest, as the first night I used it camping in Jasper I woke up half on the ground thanks to a slow leak. I had to re-inflate it several times a night during the trip, and I've never been able to find any puncture or the source of the leak so my best guess is a faulty seam somewhere. Very disappointing quality, and I guess it's back to my old Thermarest in the future...

I have not been able to find any puncture or damage, or the source of the leak, so my best guess is there is a faulty seam or defect somewhere. Very disappointing quality.

Valve technology is faulty!!

The valve on these sleeping pads is extremely problematic. We bought four of these for a camping trip and three of them ended up completely deflated after the first night. The only real way to test it out before sleeping is to dip the valve area in water to determine if it's leaking air, however, this is not perfect.
Other than the valve issue, it sounds like you're crinkling parchment paper every time you move. It's loud for those who are light sleepers.
I'd search on for a better quality product if you're serious about camping.
