I bought a second set...

These poles are well made, operate smoothly, and are comparatively stiff and light. The 3 year no questions asked warranty is great (if anything happens to the poles Komperdell will repair/replace at no cost). However, the injured pole needs to be sent to the USA because there is no Komperdell Canada. Similarly, although a wide array of accessories are made by Komperdell they can be difficult to find in Canada. Nonetheless I was sufficiently impressed by the quality of the poles that I purchased a second set.

Yes, I recommend this product.
