The tape absolutely works but be careful not to leave them on too long if you have sensitive skin. They can cause major skin irritations, marks, and sores. Otherwise, it wonderful for joint pain: Knee and Shoulder.

I buy this tape all the time and have never had a problem with it staying put. Not this time. The tape I bought at Can. tire is awful. It does not adhere well at all, making its use pretty much totally ineffective. Maybe it was just a bad or old roll but I will not be buying it again from Canadian tire.
