    Awesome stuff. Not sure I’d be able to continue riding snowmobiles without it. Braces are too bulky and don’t allow proper movement. This tape holds everything in place and provides amazing support+stability.

    I’m a professional gardener and avid gym goer. I’ve spent the past 11 months struggling with knee pain. Due to unfortunate circumstances, I have not been able to get my pain diagnosed. I’ve been wearing a soft knee brace for 4 months. I regularly do knee strengthening exercises accompanied by ice and elevation. Nothing seemed to be helping until I started using KT tape. I’ve been using the taping method for general knee pain and the results feel like magic. Instant feeling of stabilization and pain relief. I think this might be the first review I’ve ever left for any product. I can’t recommend it enough. I’ve already converted three people in the past two weeks.

    I recently developed an extremely painful Taylor's bunion. I tried commercial products without success. I finally taped my little toe to pull it outward; and then I taped the bunion, partially covering a little toe, taping to hold it in place. After a week and a half, I am able to walk without a limp.

    I have been using KT tape since I first saw it at the 2016 Olympics in Brazil. I won’t buy any other tape for pain. Yep it costs more but it releves the pain in my big body and gives my body a chance to Heal it self properly. I highly recommend therir products especially their professional pro one for maxximum adhesion. I put it on my knees to hold my knee joitntd in place. I have osteoaritis now so it doesn’t cute it but it holds your joints in place so you can move with conditioning. You still need to work it out . The step down is professional less adhesiom but enough for the back and ribs
