LifeStraw Peak Squeeze 1L Filter Bottle

Love this bottle, now my primary drinking water bottle for backpacking. I use this and leave my "cooking water" alone as I move.

I purchased the LifeStraw 1L Collapsible Bottles for myself and my son for an upcoming trip to Peru this March, and also bought an extra one as a gift for my son’s friend who will be traveling with us. This is my go to water bottle. Great when you need clean water and gets smaller/lighter as you drink the water down. I love taking it even if I don’t need to filter my water. I just take the filter out and it’s a great light weight/collapsible bottle.

I use the collapsible squeeze part without the filter for water during long distance walking. It hangs conveniently and flexibly on my pants belt without adding much weight.

I took it trekking on Nepal and not only saved money on bottled water, I also did not contribute to the waste stream of empty bottles. Also, I saved on water weight to carry since I could replenish from any stream or water pipe. This is the way to go.

This bottle is not only perfect for travel and piece of mind having filtered water to drink, but it easily fits in small bags for convenience! The good which the company does is the added bonus
