My in laws bought our kids a basketball hoop from Lifetime to keep at their house. I assembled it. It was very easy to assemble and was able to put it together without any difficulty! Quality is excellent. The kids love the hoop, played with it constantly whenever they were out their grandparents' house. Worked perfectly. Easily adjustable. Everything you could want in a basketball hoop. A few months later, my in-laws moved and they had to disassemble the hoop. Then, disaster struck, all of the parts somehow were lost during the move. But Lifetime came to the rescue! With outstanding customer service, they were able to get us the new parts and another copy of the assembly instructions quickly and easily. I am so impressed with their superior customer service. Very glad to support the company, and every time we can buy sporting equipment from them in the future, we will do so. Not just great sporting equipment, but amazing customer service experience as well!!
