thick and rugged mat

This mat is pretty grippy and cushions well compared to other mats but it can get slippery if I am doing HIIT or circuit training when my feet get sweaty. I need to have a towel nearby to wipe my feet and hands. Overall it meets my expectations. I have never used a mat over $100 so I am not sure if the more expensive ones eliminate slipping better.
