Just the right amount of support

My son uses these for all activities. His knee needs a little bit of extra stability. It still allows him to strengthen muscle but gives that support needed to continue with sports and other activities. The x-small size is perfect for kids.

Just what I needed!

I have the McDavid PSII Hinged Knee Brace but only used it after a pretty bad knee injury which was years ago. I wanted something less "heavy duty" and bulky. I always bought McDavid products since I've never had any bad experience with this brand. This knee sleeve fit me perfectly but since I haven't purchased one in a long time, I looked at the sizing, measured and couldn't believe I was an XL. Glad I went with size large instead, snug enough where my knee feels supported and no slippage but not tight where it feels like I'm cutting off circulation lol.

not a compression sleeve

this has very very light compression (if you can even call it that). it does stay up but find that the material between the bands that holds it in place give minimal compression and the most compression is actually just from the top and bottom bands holding it in place.
