After doing physio stretches, I bought the McDavid Elbow Strap which helped to speed up recovery period for tennis elbow. Also helps keep the injury at bay while doing the activity which caused the problem.

Helps to Relieve Tennis Elbow

I have been using this for about two weeks to treat "tennis elbow". It relieves the pain and pressure when I wear it and find after about 30 minutes you don't realize that you still have it on. After these two weeks i do find it getting better but still not back to normal

Comfort fit

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) The elbow pad is actually quite comfortable. I have used this a lot after having a nerve puncture injury in my elbow crease to try to heal and regain some feeling and it has helped tremendously with that compared to when I don’t have it on at all.

Yes, I recommend this product.
