I use this waste trimmer as a back support belt. I am a small person, have a short waist and when working outside i move, bend and twist a lot. Other support belts i have tried move around or gravitate up and end up giving no support where i want it. This belt stays in place no matter what and supports me just the right amount. I love it and the price was very reasonable.
