I was sent one with two spoons and a knife

I was sent one with two spoons and a knife. called and was told they will send me another one and to keep the defective one. about a month later I get a call from customer service saying they cant find the fork on the ground anywhere and are not willing to do anything else about it. They want me to now return it which they said before not to worry about. most likely will cost them more than the purchase price of the item to return the item but it seems like they are focused on having bad customer experiences.
