Don’t love this pack. It’s a good price but definitely missing some valuable features.. one of them being no outside water bottle pockets!!

After using this twice, the chest strap clip broke. Not very useful with no chest strap. It's over 3 months old though so I can't return it. Wish we could replace the tiny piece. Wish we had invested in a different brand that offered replacement pieces

Poor durability

I bought this pack because it was the cheapest available of this size. I only used it on 4 trips. On the last trip, one of the shoulder straps snapped. Thankfully, it was just within the return period. I suppose you get what you pay for, so next time I will spend the extra money on something better.
