Dissapointed, back had rips after first use

Disappointed with this product. I bought this to bring on a hiking trip to the beach as it packs up nice and is decently light. It didn't even last one day spread out on the beach. It had multiple holes/rips on the back. The top seems durable and is soft, but the bottom is not at all. I had it spread out over small, round rocks, and my only guess is that the few smooth sticks underneath were just enough to puncture it, even though it was not used roughly (I was the only person and sat normally on it). I would only use this blanket on soft grass after checking for any sticks or any type of debris underneath. I would have expected a picnic blanket to have a bottom durable enough to not immediately rip/puncture and to be able to be used at a beach. I would not even use this on a sand beach as it seems as though any little thing buried in the sand would immediately puncture it.
No, I do not recommend this product.
