    Comfortable and great colour

    I'm really picky about what shoes look like on. I'm a medium petite person with long feet and dislike shoes that make my feet look clompy or gangling, and I like shoes that fit snuggly and lightly. Searching for walking/hiking sandals is hard because they often are heavy, black or brown, and overwhelm my feet and frame, and ruin the look of any light weight clothing. I didn't think I was going to like these, but I love them. Unlike other sporty sandals these look great with my skirts and dresses, without looking too orthopedic or sporty. The colour is fantastic. It makes the sandals look light and airy and doesn't compete with whatever colour or style I'm wearing or bag I'm carrying. Just tried them on with all the clothes I'm taking on a tropical holiday and they looked good with everything, skirts, dresses, shorts. Winner!!

    This summer, my McKinley Aukland Hiking sandals have taken me touring in Italy, sailing in Greece, Backcountry Camping in Kawarthas, Canoeing in Renfrew County and biking on Lake Erie. They have never let me down, no tears, straps are still perfect and minimal cleanup required Best sandals ever!!
