Nice jacket but tight arms

Seems like a really nice jacket but the sleeves are tight. Our daughter is average height and weight but found the arms were too tight to bend and feel comfortable. We got her a small. A medium would likely be too large in the body so we will be returning. It's too bad b/c otherwise seemed nice.
