Merrell Men's Trail Glove Trail Running Shoes

The Trail Glove 7 has been an outstanding addition to my summer and outdoor lineup. I primarily use them for light hiking and biking, and they perform exceptionally well in both. What I appreciate most is the sole—it’s grippy, solid, and gives great feedback without sacrificing stability. On the bike, that translates into confidence and control, and on trails, it provides a natural, connected feel to the ground. They’re lightweight, breathable, and incredibly comfortable for extended wear, especially in warmer weather. This is exactly the kind of versatile, minimalist outdoor shoe that’s hard to find done right. Merrell really fills a unique niche for me with this model—functional, well-designed, and adaptable across activities.

I typically wear 10.5’s but when I received the shoes they were way too big. I sent them back for size 10 and they were still way too big. I decided to keep them because I was tired of sending them back. I don’t think I will wear them very much due to the size.

I havent had a minimalist pair of trail shoes in a while and these feel so sturdy and grippy and my morning trail run experience has been significantly enhanced.

These shoes are a revelation - I just purchased a second one. I have been wearing zero drop, minimalist shoes for years but was yearning for something for more rugged terrain. The Trail Glove 7 is an answer to that prayer. Well constructed and supremely comfortable they are now my "go to" footwear for almost every occasion. Dear Merrell: "Please don't change them, just make subtle improvements."

Nice style and does well strengthening my feet. I use them for all kinds of activities such as casual walking, gym, and trail running.

Nice balance of wide toe box and flexibility but with enough support to be comfortable on a long hike.
