These shoes are comfortable until you walk, the elastic band top stretches so much that my heel slips off the sole. They can't be tighter or that would be uncomfortable. Walking up an uneven surface does not make me feel safe as it feels like I could slip out of my new shoes.

Elastic too Tight

Really comfortable with the Merrell foot bed. First pair of sandals that I can walk around in for awhile. However the elastic band over the bridge is really tight. Leaves marks on my feet and cuts off circulation on hot days. Get the wider width if you don't have skinny feet!

The size

Although the advice given is to order a size bigger than usual size, I found them to be too bid, should have ordered my regular size. Instead of returning I gave them to my daughter who said said they were very comfortable!
