The Stability Ball™ Base turns your exercise ball into a chair or a secure workout platform, giving you a safer, more stable position when working out or reading emails. Thread your Flex-Band™ or exercise tubing under the slits in the rim for seated resistance training.
If necessary, clean dirty spots with a combination of soap and water on a lightly moistened cloth. Ensure cleaner used does not make surfaces slippery. Never use corrosive cleaning products

This is a well made exercise ball. This one specifically is a little smaller than I would need for my height but I use it as my new office chair (great for the core) no issues holding my weight

I managed to get this product free from @influensterca @influenster on one of their offers in exchange for my honest review.
Evoke Exercise Ball.
This product came with a little hand pump to inflate, which was super convenient.
I have a hard time with my hands sometimes so this was a pain to inflate with a hand pump. The hole to inflate it doesn’t have any block, so as soon as you stop pumping or remove the pump, the air starts coming out instantly. I wasn’t able to get it 100% inflated for that reason, which is kind of disappointing.
This ball is quite small for an adult too. My 3 year old definitely appreciates it though as you can see in the video!
I personally wouldn’t recommend this. I’ve definitely used better ones than this, and I prefer the bigger ones for exercise.
