What a hassle to receive the wrong shoes

Was sent the wrong shoes. In the right box, so now i have to deal with returning them. They also no longer have the size/model i originally ordered so i will not be getting what i wanted. I also, hope that i do not have problems getting a refund for the delivery charge as this should be refunded in this situation.
