My daughter is a beanpole and the other pads all slip down her tiny legs or the velcro comes apart. This brand is amazing and she hasn't complained once!

For a 12yr old boy, smaller guy in terms of stature, fit snug, comfortable, a great entry into volleyball or other similar sports. Good bang for your buck. Well built. Looks and seems durable.
