    HIPOR designed to lose battery

    I don't know about the other models, but the HIPOR only gives low, medium and high levels on the button outside the glove. There is no way to turn off the glove without taking off the glove, unzipping the pocket and disconnecting the cable. Basically, it is designed so you lose the battery. I know one other guy who has these and he also lost a battery within a month.

    I purchased a pair of heated gloves in October from Costco. By November, one of the batteries wouldn't charge. Exchanged for another pair, and now in January I'm having the same problem. Went back to Costco and they are out of stock and wouldn't exchange them

    I purchased a jacket with the 7.4v battery. It worked great for a few weeks now the battery does not show status and does not light up when I press the status button. The jacket also doesn't light up.

    Hello Terry. Thank you for leaving an honest review. The mini battery has a slightly higher mAh than the Standard battery. It should last at least as long. Please contact us at cs@fieldsheer.com. If you are not getting 2 hours on the highest setting and up to 8 on the lowest setting, you might have a defective battery and we will be happy to replace it!
