Great Jacket

By far the best shell I've owned to date. Versatility, weight, packability, all are thought of when this piece was designed. Ive used this for three weeks in windy northern Alberta in conditions including snow and wind (roughly -20 Celsius) over my stretchdown and it has been a dream combo. As for the helmet-compatible hood, heres a trick for those who are having issues with the size. if you're top-layering it, and not using the hood, roll the beak into the hood of your thermal layer (my stretchdown, for example) and pull the draw. It should secure it around the hood of your thermal layer! Then throw a neck gaiter on and have the best weather seal!

Yes, I recommend this product.

Durable, comfortable, waterproof!

Excellent jacket. Here's a picture of an old version after 6 ears of wear -hot spots from where a backpack sits. Still mostly waterproof after a ton of active use! Seams amd taped zippers are still good.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Best rain jacket

I was attracted to this rain jacket through a video review that I saw. The review highlighted its light weight, packability and rain protection. Worn a number of times in heavy downpours and completely waterproof. Packs small and lightweight, and also very wearable unlike my earlier Gore-Tex jackets.

Yes, I recommend this product.
